      Optimum process control with 250 SCALA

      This modern SCADA system 250 SCALA provides all functions for operation, monitoring and control of the entire technological process available.Its scalability enables use in all automation levels - starting with the press control station to central waiting. Optimized ergonomic control and display concepts always guarantee quick and reliable overview of the process to be controlled.

      The product line extends from the touch panel of the turbine controller or machine control station via the singular single-user system,further redundant compact versions to distributed more hierarchical client / server configurations. Microsoft Windows and UNIX (SunSolaris) are available as server operating systems, each desired system performance is achieved.


      250 SCALA - Applications


      Turbine governor / gate control
      • With a typical data volume of 500 process signals located 250 SCALA found here in its smallest expression - a compact touch panel.
      • Beginning at 6 "to 17".
      • The general absence of rotating components enables use in harsh ambient conditions.

      Control panel
      • Here are 6 "to 19" touch panels in use, also preferably without rotating parts.
      • The control and display functions for the turbine controller or press control station are integrated.
      • An online transient allows the display of the history of all analog and digital values of the last hours in the waveform.

      • Topological coloring and interlocking of the switchgear and own consumption video Surveillance

      Redundant power plant computer:

      Without engineering effort can be performed redundantly by simply duplicating the computer hardware, the existing 250 SCALA system. With increased security requirements, a local distribution of the redundant computer is possible.
